Do you have a returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, please return your hand shears within 28 days for a full refund.

How long does delivery take?

How much is postage?

Postage is dictated by weight and is calculated automatically at checkout. Please see our Delivery page for full details.

Do you send orders internationally? 

We currently only send orders to UK addresses. However, we do have some international stockists, so if you live outside the UK, please get in touch to find out if there is a stockist in your country. 

Do you offer bulk discounts or trade purchasing prices?

If you wish to purchase 10 or more Jakoti hand shears, please contact us for our bulk prices. If you’d like to join our ever-growing network of resellers and stockists, we would love to hear from you.

Where's my nearest stockist?

In addition to purchasing directly from us via this website and on Amazon, our shears are also available in a variety of gardening and farming supply stores. Please contact us if you have difficulty finding a local stockist.

Where can I get replacement springs?

We are happy to send out replacement springs free of charge (although we do need to charge for postage). You can order online, or get in touch via telephone, email or our Contact Us page. 

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, VAT is charged at 20%. Our VAT number is 138 9548 66.
